Returns policy
Exchange/refunds will be issued 1-2 days after we have received your return parcel.
Please make sure you have carefully reviewed your order before making your purchase to minimise returns.
-We are not able to return your original or return shipping cost unless the item is incorrect or faulty.
- We are not able to offer returns on sale items.
In order to return an item you must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date
- The item must be in its original unaltered, unwashed condition.
- The item must be returned with tags attached and in original packing.
Uk returns
returns will need to be paid for using Royal Mail (tracked service).
Row returns
unfortunately if you are outside the uk return shipping will be more expensive. We recommend using a tracked reliable shipping service to ensure your product arrives back to us and you receive your full refund.
